Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date; refunds are processed by our payment provider. Contact support@designdex.org and we will arrange it.
1. Free trial
Every subscription begins with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and cancelling before it ends means no payment is taken at all.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee
If designdex.org is not right for you, email support@designdex.org within 30 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full — no conditions and no explanation required. Refunds are issued to the original payment method by our payment provider and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
3. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from the Subscription section of your profile, which opens the billing portal, or by emailing support@designdex.org. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for; you keep access until then.
4. Renewals after the guarantee period
Outside the 30-day window, monthly renewal charges are generally non-refundable because you can cancel at any time before a renewal. If a renewal was clearly taken in error — duplicate charge, billing after a confirmed cancellation, or an account you could not access — contact us and we will refund it.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under consumer law. UK and EU consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract; our 30-day guarantee is offered in addition to, not instead of, that right.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@designdex.org from the address on your account with the date of the charge. We reply within 2 business days and process approved refunds immediately.
