ProcedureData on new registered enterprises, labour force, industrial employment, and the proportion of the population studying specific business-related fields were collected for 23 countries. Data normalization and cluster analysis (Ward and Sturges methods) were applied using Statgraphics Centurion 19 to group countries into clusters based on these indicators. Dendrograms and agglomeration distance graphs were used to confirm the quality of the clustering.
