ProcedureData was collected from 41 private universities in Indonesia. A measurement construct for Dynamic Adaptive Capability (DAC) was developed with four dimensions: identifying opportunities, creating, modifying and altering, and adapting to change. Face validity and quantitative methods were used to assess indicators, and CFA was employed to determine construct validity and reliability (composite reliability and average variance extracted).
