ProcedureQuantitative data was collected via questionnaires from 290 procurement practitioners, assessing perceptions of e-procurement practices (independent variable) and time-saving (dependent variable) using Likert scales and Yes/No responses. Qualitative data was gathered through interviews with five key informants. Quantitative data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, while qualitative data underwent content analysis.
